At Nokshi New York, every order is prepared with care and shipped as quickly as possible. Please review the details below to understand our domestic and international shipping options.

U.S. SHIPPING

We ship throughout the United States. Shipping times may vary depending on carrier volume, weather, or holiday periods.

Nokshi offers $6 flat-rate standard shipping and FREE U.S. shipping on orders over $250.

Express Shipping:
Delivery within 3–5 business days

Free Shipping (Orders $250+):

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Nokshi proudly ships worldwide. All customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do our best to minimize unexpected costs, but final assessment is determined by your country’s customs office.

CANADA SHIPPING

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

PROCESSING TIME

All Nokshi orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
During collection launches or high-order periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders placed after Friday 5 PM EST begin processing the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or government taxes upon arrival. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Nokshi is not responsible for any additional fees charged by your country’s customs office, and we cannot reimburse or refund these charges. By placing an order, you acknowledge that customs policies vary by country and agree to cover any applicable import fees

SHIPPING TERMS OF SERVICE

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Nokshi New York is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Ownership and responsibility for the parcel transfer to the customer as soon as the carrier scans the package into their system.

If you believe your package is missing, delayed, or has been delivered incorrectly, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. You may also reach out to the Nokshi Customer Support team, and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for issues caused by the carrier.

If an incorrect address was entered during checkout, please contact us immediately. We can only update your address before the order has been dispatched. Once a package has shipped, we are unable to redirect or modify the delivery address.

If an address error occurred on our part, Nokshi will take full responsibility and provide compensation or a replacement.
