Returns Policy
At Nokshi, each piece is produced in limited quantities with careful craftsmanship. To maintain the integrity of our garments and support our small-batch, ethical production, we adhere to the following strictly enforced Return Policy:
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, please ensure your item meets the following strict requirements:

Condition: The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and still attached.

Hygiene: The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup, spray tans, or deodorant).

Odor-Free: The item does not have any odor (including perfume, body odor, or laundry detergent).

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or digital proof of purchase is required.

Timeline: The return must be initiated and postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date.
Store Credit & Refunds

Store Credit: We gladly accept returns for store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds for "change of mind" or incorrect sizing.

Validity: Store credits will be issued via email and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected at our studio, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
Return Shipping & Fees

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Nokshi is not responsible for lost return packages.

Processing Fee: A flat fee of $17.99 will be deducted from your total store credit value to cover the return processing and the prepaid label provided through our portal.

All international orders are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside of the United States.
Exchanges & Final Sale

No Direct Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item for store credit and place a new order.

Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a promotional sale are not eligible for return, store credit, or exchange unless they are confirmed as faulty by our team.
Quality Control & Rejected Returns
All returns undergo a thorough quality control inspection. If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet the requirements listed above (e.g., marks, odors, or damage), the return will be rejected. The customer will be notified via email and may choose to have the item shipped back to them at their own expense.
